A mixture\nnormal prior for each parameter is estimated using Empirical\nBayes methods, subsequentially ranks for each parameter are\nsimulated from the resulting joint posterior over all\nparameters (The marginal posterior densities for each parameter\nare assumed independent). Finally, experiments are ordered by\nexpected posterior rank, although computations minimizing other\nplausible rank-loss functions are also given.",
